Alien Tribe 3 is a sci-fi strategy game that combines 4X, real-time strategy, and tower defense gameplay into a unified experience.

Players explore unknown star systems, scan planets and signals, and gradually expand their presence through colonization, resource management, and infrastructure building. Instead of micromanagement, the game emphasizes strategic decision-making and large-scale system control.

A central mechanic is the interaction between exploration, economy, and defense. Players establish energy networks, manage resource flows, and respond to dynamic threats such as hostile alien forces and emergent system events. Combat takes place in real time and is integrated directly into the player's infrastructure — defensive structures, fleets, and logistics must work together to withstand attacks and maintain stability across multiple systems.
